Every product undergoes a structured inspection process to ensure it meets strict performance,
safety, and consistency standards before reaching customers.
Inward inspection consists of testing and verification of each raw material. This inspection allows the right material to be fed into the production process. Quality control at the receiving area which includes the raw material as Resin, Plasticizers, Stabilizers, Pigments, Additives, Fabric, Release paper and Packing materials along with verification of supplier test reports. The nonconforming material will be rejected and sent back to supplier. Equipment in the lab are Lab coater, Bar coater, Hot air circulating oven, Tensile strength tester, Ford cup, Viscometer, Hydrometer etc.
Online inspection consists of verifying and approval of the first part as per customer specification and our internal specification during the production process. Tensile tester machine, Crock meter, Spectrophotometer, Thickness gauge, Weighing balance, Measuring tape are some of the equipment in the lab for process control.
In process inspection and control consists of setting, verifying and monitoring of predefined process parameters during production process. Continuous check of thickness, width, weight, temperature, throughout the process. Has perfect control in all coating heads to increase or decrease the weight, thickness, speed and width during the production.
Final inspection consists of testing and verifying of physical parameters and visual appearance as per customer specification. Each jumbo roll is verified for physical parameter and 100 % material is verified for visual appearance. On passing both visual and physical parameters the material is approved for dispatch to customer. Tensile strength tester, Flexing machine, Abrasion tester, Crock meter, Bursting strength tester, Spectrophotometer, Water absorption and desorption tester, Water vapor permeability tester, Water vapor coefficient tester are some of the equipments in the lab for final inspection.

Before dispatch, every roll is subjected to detailed visual and physical inspection. Only products that meet both internal quality standards and client specifications are approved for shipment.
